我們將於18/11(星期六)舉辦四念住共修日營。參加者可以自己熟悉的方法培育正念;無禪修經驗者亦可參加,屆時會有現場指導。活動內容:坐禪、行禪及分享討論;參加者須修習止語。

One-Day Mindfulness Retreat

You are welcome to join our one-day mindfulness retreat taking place on Nov 18 open to all who are interested in mindfulness meditation. Meditators are welcome to use mindfulness techniques that they are familiar with or practice a new technique, e.g, mindfulness of the mind meditation. Sitting and walking meditation sessions will be alternately carried out throughout the day with a flexible schedule. A discussion session at the end of the retreat will be conducted to share experience and understanding. Noble silent is observed other than the specified periods. This retreat is suitable for beginners.
