New To Meditation?

Insight Meditation, or Vipassana, was taught by the Buddha to transform the mind and cultivate wisdom. By seeing things as they really are, we gain insight into our own behavior and the ultimate nature of reality through persistent and nonjudgemental observation of mind and body phenomena.
